When the call box is ready, the dispatch system generates the task and assigns it to a Lynx AMR through ForwardX’s Edge Robot Management System (ERMS). Then, the AMR tows a full material rack to the line side. After dropping off the full material rack, the empty material rack is towed back to the material preparation area to complete the material handling process.
