JD Home Appliance Warehouse

Eleven of ForwardX’s Max AMRs were used to tackle physically demanding tasks and increase the accuracy and efficiency of picking processes. After integrating with JD.com’s WMS, the AMRs receive tasks and autonomously move to designated picking locations. With the help of PDAs and a handheld Bluetooth printer, workers interact with AMRs at designated picking locations and at the conveyor line.
