Walmart China needed an in-store order picking solution to deal with labor shortages and low efficiency. The store chose a ForwardX Flex solution that consisted of 7 AMRs that worked alongside operators and customers alike to improve picking efficiency, thus greatly reducing the store’s labor dependency and error rates.
