AMR Manufacturer ForwardX has a deep product line of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) for a number of industries and applications from warehousing and manufacturing, to logistics and delivery.
The ForwardX Apex product line includes two vehicle configurations, the Apex 1400-L and the Apex C1500-L. Both AMRs are capable of picking up and moving floor-placed pallet loads throughout a facility. The C1500-L is the counter balanced version of the fork lift AMR.
Apex uses the latest multi-sensor fusion technology and computer vision to accurately sense any changes in its environment, such as moving or stationary obstacles. It can also figure out the angle at which a pallet is placed and make adjustments on its own in real-time.
