In the first scenario, a worker pushes a cart to the cleaning completion
point, where a task is created on a PDA/PC terminal, designating the
transfer of the carts from the cleaning point to an idle robotic arm docking point.
In the second scenario, once a robotic arm completes its task, it interfaces
with the WCS system and the ForwardX fleet manager dispatches an AMR
to transfer and unload the cart from the robotic arm docking point to the
designated location within the drying room. After the cart is timed for drying,
the AMR drives to the drying completion point, lifts the cart, and transports it to the unloading point.
The Max AMRs integrate seamlessly with the industrial six-axis robotic arms,
leveraging advanced sensor fusion for precise environment perception.
They ensure safe and accurate automated distribution, maintaining a tight
spacing of 20 mm between carts in the drying area. Additionally, Max excels
at crossing automatic doors, guaranteeing stable production line operations
by accurately delivering parts to their designated locations.
