SAW Motor Engine Assembly Solution
SAW Motor Corporation chose a ForwardX Flex solution to address high labor intensity, improve production efficiency, and synchronize data management. The Flex AMRs were able to seamlessly integrate with the factory’s existing equipment and autonomously dock to conveyors to realize fully unmanned material movement of heavy, 1,000+ lb carts that were previously manually hauled across the facility floor. Moreover, this solution is scalable to adapt to seasonal demands with improved efficiency year-round.
