Auto24/7 Operation

Dashboard
Display the real-time location and status of AMRs on a map interface, with access to comprehensive information across multiple dimensions, including task details, AMR battery levels, charging station usage, AMR status specifics, and AMR error codes for anomaly detection.

Remote Control
Remotely control each AMR within the facility, leveraging multi-angle cameras mounted on the AMRs for assisted remote operation or real-time viewing of the surrounding environment. A robust personnel recognition and display feature utilizes cameras on the AMR bodies combined with computer vision technology to capture and transmit real-time personnel location data seamlessly to the interface.

Sensor Health Detection
By placing the AMR in a diagnostic environment, one-click health checks can be conducted, covering all critical sensors, including the control system, LiDAR, and cameras. The system automatically generates a comprehensive diagnostic report and, in cases of anomalies, provides detailed fault analysis and resolution guidance, effectively supporting the anomaly recovery process.

Task Deployment
With an intuitive graphical programming model, task scheduling can be executed effortlessly, eliminating the need for extensive guidance or prior technical expertise. Users can design, assign, and manage tasks directly through the visual interface, streamlining the scheduling process and enabling rapid deployment.
f(x) Fleet Manager

Assisted Picking Mastery
Integrates with various management systems. Segments orders through process of surveying order pool, grouping orders, allocating AMRs to tasks, optimizing route and dispatching AMRs, then communicating with workers. Utilizes several picking strategies depending on 2B or 2C warehouse needs.
ERMS

Records Management
Functions as an equipment manager, task manager, traffic controller, and more. Features a web UI for querying, maintenance, and diagnostics. Capable of real-time communication with AMRs, wireless charging stations, and collaboration with designated third-party automation systems.
Dashboard

AMR Status Overview
AMR mission status, online status, and operation mode are visible in real-time. Order module shows emergency wave, pending tasks, completed tasks, and more. Can display picking statistics over time.
